DMRC Syllabus 2014-2015

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) invites applications for the recruitment of Junior Engineer in various fields as Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. So if you have requisite qualification and want to apply for JE Exam conducted by DMRC then you must check and download DMRC Syllabus 2014-2015 and JE Exam Pattern.

DMRC JE (Junior Engineer) Exam Pattern Exam Pattern:

JE exam selection is based on the following steps:

  • Written Test (two papers)
  • Personal Interview
  • Medical examination

Written Test:

Two papers will be conducted in written examination.

Paper I: In Paper I MCQ based questions are given to solve. There will be total 480 questions which need to solve. Time duration of this paper is 1.5 hours.

  • HCF, LCM
  • Simplification
  • Decimal Fractions
  • Ratio & proportions
  • Unitary Method
  • Percentage, Time & Distance
  • Time & Work
  • Profit & loss
  • Average
  • Simple & Compound Interest
  • Mensuration (2D & 3D)
  • Algebra
  • Data Interpretation

Logical Ability:

  • Number  & Alphabet Series
  • Test of Direction Sense
  • Coding – Decoding
  • Arithmetical Reasoning
  • Problem on Age Calculation
  • Blood Relation & Decision Making etc.

Non Verbal:

  • Non Verbal
  • Mirror Images
  • Grouping Identical & Embedded Figures

Paper II: In Paper II subjective type questions are asked to solve. To check the applicant’s comprehension and English skills, questions are asked to solve on Paragraph Writing, Comprehension, Essay and Science &Technology. The Paper-II shall be of 1.5 hours duration.
