SSC JE Syllabus 2014:

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the notification under the recruitment section to conduct the open competition exam at the various centers all over the India for filling up the Junior Engineers (Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical Engineer) in CPWD. 

The standard of the questions in Engineering subjects will be approximately on the level of Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical) from a recognized Institute, Board or University and recognized by All India Board of Technical Education. All the questions will be set in SI units.
